Summer 2018 Employment Opportunity with Institutional Advancement – STEPP Calling Program

Students Engaged in Personalized Philanthropy (STEPP) is a calling program in Institutional Advancement in which students have an opportunity to speak with Albion College’s alumni, parents, and friends who love to hear about students’ personal experiences and campus updates. The calls are designed to build and strengthen the relationship that we have with our donors. Students also gather new contact information as well as encourage everyone to participate in our Annual Giving program.

Qualifications

Exhibit enthusiasm in support of Albion College.
Demonstrate effectiveness and genuine warmth in contacts with others.
Possess organizational abilities and attentiveness to details.
Strong oral communication skills.
Ability to motivate others.
Ability to work as a team member.

Note: Calling alumni/friends of the College will be the primary role; however, since calling cannot happen during certain hours of the day, special projects, research, and/or data entry will be part of the position.

Working Hours
Up to 40 hours per week. Evening hours are required.

Housing options may be available.
