Job Summary:
Albion College invites applications for the summer lifeguard position at the Dow Recreation and Wellness Center. The lifeguard is responsible for water surveillance and swimming rule enforcement to ensure the safety of all patrons. This position provides rapid response life-saving swim rescue and basic first-aid treatment and CPR administration, if required. Must exhibit an appreciation of, a sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse environment, inclusive of students, faculty and staff of many social, economic, cultural, ideological, racial and ethnic backgrounds.
Qualifications:
Current lifeguard certification
Current CPR and first aid certification
Approx Hours:
15-20
