E&L Global Communications is currently hiring ENTRY LEVEL individuals for our open Account Manager position. We specialize in areas of customer acquisition and customer retention for large corporations and Fortune 500 companies. This requires being great at working with people! Currently, we represent one of best known telecommunications companies IN THE WORLD, TMobile, and are growing rapidly as their services expand into new markets!


Due to this expansion, E&L Global Communications is willing to train highly motivated people from entry level marketing / sales positions into branch management roles within 12-18 months of starting with the company. All openings are ideal for recent graduates or professionals with customer service / sales experience looking for a career change.



 Requirements

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in either sales or direct marketing
2. Excellent people skills, organizational, and negotiating communication skills
3. A desire to advance within the company structure
4. Able to work in a team environment, both as a team member and as a leader.
5. Demonstrated leadership potential
6. Competitive and confident demeanor
