We are currently hiring into our ENTRY LEVEL Management Development Program in sales and marketing. We find that candidates with backgrounds in retail, customer service, sales, restaurant, advertising, public relations, and hospitality make easy transitions into this position.


E&L Global Communications is looking for individuals who are interested in growing and developing within a company and have the leadership skills to create rapid advancement.

  • 2-4 year degree
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to network professionally
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Sales or direct customer service experience
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment



  • Customer interaction to promote products & services
  • Maintain professional standards in sales & customer relationships
  • Participate in daily training sessions & campaign meetings
  • Contribute to a positive & energetic environment
