Wesley Hall Desk Assistant

-Wesley Hall Desk Assistant
Must be available to work the following: 

-          Available shifts: Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 4-8pm each day.

-          Qualified applicants must work the full four (4) hour shift per day.

-          Potential subbing hours available.

Description
-The Wesley Hall Desk Assistant position serves on a team of 4 - 6 individuals under the supervision of the Wesley Residence Hall Director. A Wesley Hall Desk Assistant position works at the Wesley Hall front desk, which is functional from 4pm - 8pm everyday during the school year with the exception of College closing periods. Desk assistants are responsible for the following:
- Being a welcoming presence as students pass by the desk
- Be attentive and willing to answer questions/refer to proper resource
- Check out Wesley Hall equipment (kitchen supplies, sporting equipment, etc.) and complete relevant documentation
- Keep the Wesley Hall front desk clean and orderly
 
Qualifications
- Strong Communication
- Effective working in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for Albion College
- Enthusiasm for helping others and building connections with others
- Strong preference for residents of Wesley Hall

Approx. Hours
- 5-10 depending on team size and availability
